enable yourself to be stressed by overloading yourself with work and barely spend time to relax and unwind. One of the several ways to relieve stress is decreasing on your workload. If you knew you already have a lot of tasks to accomplish, learn to say no. If an additional workload is given to you, politely say no to it and explain your side. You wouldnt want to sacrifice your health just to make a good impression.

There are other ways to relieve stress, one of which is to avoid bringing work to your place of rest. It wont also hurt if you schedule a vacation once a month or every two months. You have to understand that a hard working man or woman for example you also deserve a break.
