Unfortunately the cold gave me no appetite and then a big appetite and I had a slight gain this week - blah!

But I'm still less than the starting weight and this is a new week.  My goals are:

1.  Drink more water.
I had been doing good with this but got off track.

2.  Drink less diet soda.
I know this is a big one for me.

3.  Get to the gym.
I am so ready to go back.

So that gives me some ambition.
