So Far, So Good

Sunday wasn't the best food day Weight Watchers wise (Sunday dinners at Mom's never is)...so I had to use some weeklies.  Yesterday was much much better.  Saturday will be another killer due to heading to D.C.; but like I've said before....I just need to choose the better options at food places.

We've been dealing with Central Air issues at the house.  Naturally a heat wave happens overnight; we turn it on and it works FOREVER.  Sort of.....it came on, did it's job, blower shut off, but the outside unit continued to run and run and run continuously and the blower doesn't come back on.  Now it's getting hot inside.  You would have to shut the whole thing off, turn it back on and if you were lucky the blower came on.

Fortunately for us, CC's hubby "Sparky" does this for a living.  He stopped by one night, determined the problem, ordered the part and came by last night and fixed it, along with installing a new thermostat I had bought (we weren't sure but we thought the old one may of been part of the issue).  So the AC is fixed just in time for  - FALL weather to come upon us.  I have to say, the weather has been weird here - it's constantly changing day to day.

 Yesterday's Menu:
Mandarin Orange Refrigerator Oatmeal
Banana
Beef Pot Roast-3 oz.
1/2 Medium White Potato Cooked
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
Chili Mac
Coke Slurpee (1/2)

Today's Menu:
Chobani Nonfat Yogurt-Raspberry with 1/2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Banana
Chili Mac
Grapes
Fresh Cherries
(dinner and before workout snack are undecided as of now)
