The diet is a simple concept. "Change One" eating habit each week. The first week is "Breakfast"...if you don't normally eat breakfast - now's the time to start, if you do...now's the time to do correct proportions and such. The next week is "Lunch"....they even have a week for "Snacks". I think this is a doable diet. Now, doable in terms of yeah - it's better than the rest....but is it doable to keep Laura on track??? That is the question!!
